The joining of Jordan Ahli Bank to the Global Principles for Women’s Empowerment

Additionally, it provides opportunities for women to participate in decision-making processes and hold leadership positions, striving to create equal opportunities and gender equality. The document is based on seven fundamental principles applied in institutions and companies to promote gender equality and empower women in the workplace, market, and society, emphasizing their essential role in community development.
