The Board is committed to promoting effective channels of communication with our shareholders and upholding good corporate governance as a means of building stronger and more engaged relationships with them within the Shared Prosperity framework.
We strive to be accessible to all shareholders, and proactively encourage all shareholders to participate at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to share with us with their suggestions.
We have adopted a mechanism for communicating with our shareholders through the following:
First: Each shareholder has the right to inquire and submit the suggestion or complaint through the following means:

Second: The Board of Directors Secretary shall be provided with all the shareholders’ queries, suggestions and/or complaints in order to submit the same to the Board of Directors and take the appropriate decision thereon.
Third: The shareholder who is holding 5% of the Bank’s subscribed shares and more shall be entitled to add items on the General Assembly meeting agenda before it is shared with shareholders provided that the Bank receives this item before the end of January of each year.
Fourth: The shareholder has the right to submit any proposal to include certain topics on the General Assembly meeting agenda before the end of January each year, to enable the Board of Directors to review the suggestions and take the appropriate decision thereon
Fifth: The suggestions and complaints received by the Bank shall be treated with the utmost transparent manner.
