- Alternative Accommodation Expenses: In the event of a covered loss, up to JOD 500 per month for a maximum period of six months from the date of the incident.
- Jewelry Coverage: Coverage for jewelry while stored inside a securely locked safe within the home, up to a maximum of 15% of the total contents sum insured, provided that a list of the jewelry is submitted prior to the commencement of coverage.
- Third-Party Legal Liability: Coverage for legal liability towards third parties resulting from a covered incident, up to JOD 20,000 per occurrence and in the aggregate during the insurance period.
- Personal Accident Coverage for the Insured and Spouse: Coverage for bodily injuries sustained by the insured or their spouse because of a covered incident, up to JOD 10,000 per person and in the aggregate during the insurance period.
- Coverage for Exterior Design and Landscaping Damage: Including trees, resulting from fire or lightning, within the declared sums insured.
- Pet Mortality Coverage: Coverage for the death of declared pets resulting from fire only, up to JOD 500 per pet.
- Official Document Replacement Costs: Coverage for the cost of recovering or replacing official documents damaged as a result of a covered incident, up to JOD 500 per occurrence and in the aggregate during the insurance period.
What is the Annual Insurance Premium?
All the above benefits are available at a competitive rate of 0.05% of the total sum insured, subject to a minimum premium of JOD 75, inclusive of sales tax, issuance fees, and stamp duties.
*An additional 0.5% of the basic premium is payable to the Guarantee Fund for Insured Parties and Beneficiaries.
Deductibles:
- Natural Perils: 1% of total sum insured for each occurrence.
- Other Perils: 100 JOD for each occurrence.
