Get started on using ahli Mobile services by following these steps:

Search for “ahli Mobile” in the app store.
After downloading, the ahli Mobile icon appears on your device’s screen.
When you open the app, tap “Enroll”.
Agree to the terms & conditions.

    1. Enter Your Information
      Please complete the following fields accurately to verify your identity:
      • National ID or Passport Number
      • Account Number
      • Debit Card Number and its PIN
    2. Create a Username
      • Choose a unique username (not previously used) to serve as your login ID.
    3. Set Your Password
      For your account security, enter and confirm your password, ensuring it meets the following requirements:
      • Must be in English and consist of one continuous word
      • Must include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers
      • Must be between 8 to 12 characters in length
    4. Identity Verification
      Finally, choose your preferred method to receive the One-Time Password (OTP):
      • Via SMS to your registered mobile number
      • Or via your email address
