- What are the different types of loans you offer?
A There are various loans available to suit different customer needs. - How can I postpone my loan payment?
You can postpone your loan payment through:- Electronic services (ahli Mobile App and ahli Online) by accessing the loan details and selecting the “Postpone Installment” option.
- Visiting the branch to submit a loan payment postponement request.
The loan installment will be postponed if all postponement requirements are met, in accordance with the terms and conditions.

- What features are available on the ahli Mobile app?
The customer can manage their bank accounts and transactions through the app, in addition to many services that help them handle their various financial matters all in one place. - How to register on the ahli Mobile app:
To register for the electronic banking services, the customer is required to enter and verify the following information:- National ID number
- Identification card number or passport number
- Account number
- Debit card number
- Debit card PIN
The customer can choose the verification method, either by receiving an OTP sent to their registered mobile number or email address.
Once registration is complete, the electronic channels are activated and made available to the customer immediately.
- Can I open a new account through the electronic services?
The customer can open a current account, savings account, or deposit account and transfer funds directly through the electronic channels in different currencies. - How can I open an additional account through the electronic channels?
The account can be opened by following these steps:- Select “Open a New Account” from the “Accounts” menu.
- Choose the desired account type from the list.
- Select the currency type, then confirm the request.
- How can I request a checkbook through the electronic channels?
From the main menu, select:- Checkbook / Request Checkbook option.
- Choose the current account on which the checkbook will be issued.
- Select the checkbook type with (12, 24, or 36) pages.
- Specify the branch where you wish to collect the checkbook.
The customer can also track the issuance process of the checkbook directly through the app and know when it arrives at the branch for collection.
- Can I modify the online purchase limit for my credit card?
Yes, you can modify the daily and/or monthly limits for each of the following:- ATM limit – daily / monthly
- Purchase limit – daily / monthly
- Internet limit – daily / monthly
- Mail order limit – daily / monthly
Transfers & Payment
- What types of transfers can be made through electronic services?
- Transfer between customer’s own accounts.
- Transfer to other ahli accounts
- Transfer to local bank’s accounts
- Transfer to accounts outside country
- What is the maximum transfer limit?
- Customer can make transfers within his own accounts with no limits for same currency and equivalent to JOD 10,000 daily for cross-currency transfers.
- Customer can make transfers between ahli customers with daily limit of equivalent to JOD 10,000 instantly, using beneficiary 10-digit account number
- Customer can make transfers for other local banks in Jordan with daily limit of equivalent to JOD 10,000 instantly, using beneficiary IBAN number with the other bank
- Customer can make transfers for International banks with daily limit of equivalent to JOD 10,000, using beneficiary BIC/SWIFT Code and IBAN or bank account number with the International bank
- How can I manage and pay my bills?
You can pay your bills, whether postpaid or prepaid, and review the payment history for each bill.
You can also save your postpaid bills and pay them at any time. - How is the credit card payment process done?
The credit card payment process can be completed by following these steps:- Select “Cards” from the main menu.
- Choose “Card Payment”
- Select the account you wish to make the payment from.
- Confirm payment amount or enter the value you wish to pay
- Click “Continue” and confirm the transaction.
- What is the cardless cash withdrawal service from ATMs?
It is a service that allows the customer to withdraw cash from any of Jordan Ahli Bank’s ATMs using their mobile phone, without the need for an ATM card, and to enjoy all ATM services (except for the PIN change service). The full detailed steps available within out digital channels. - What are the other services for making purchases without using my physical card?
- TAP TO PAY service – to make a purchase payment through the app without the need to use your credit or debit card, with NFC activation required. – available only for Android devices
- Purchasing by adding your debit or credit card to Google Pay for Android devices.
- Purchasing by adding your debit or credit card to Apple Pay for iOS devices.
- Payment via QR code.
- How can I link my account to the CliQ service?
following these steps:- Select the CliQ service from the main page.
- Choose “Aliases”.
- Click on “Own Aliases”.
- Enter your alias name or mobile number.
- Link the desired accounts to the alias.
Settings
- How do I Protect my digital banking information
- Always be careful when you receive emails asking you to login to the service, Jordan Ahli Bank will never ask you for your details or login information through email or SMS.
- We encourage you to report any incident or suspicious email, please don’t hesitate contacting us at Phone +962 6 5007777 , Fax +962 6 5604494
- Kindly keep your login password secure, change it periodically, and do not disclose it to any third party including the bank employees.
- Clients shall provide the bank with a mean of communication and shall periodically update their information if changed, to enable the bank to contact them to maintain the execution of their requests.
- Check your account balances and statements regularly to ensure your accounts have not been accessed by anyone else and to identify any unusual transactions.
- If you are in doubt of any security violation of your e-account/e-accounts, or if any transaction was executed by any other unauthorized party; you should immediately report such violation to Jordan Ahli Bank via the following email: [email protected] or by calling 065007777
- Please do not link your password to any predictable passwords such (date of birth, phone numbers, etc..)
- Once you receive your OTP for any transaction, make sure you don’t share it with any one.
- How to Report fraud and Email spam
If you’re worried that your Jordan Ahli Bank online account details has been compromised / breached:- Please contact us immediately. The sooner we know what has happened, the sooner we can begin to help you.
- If you have been compromised any of the below types of information, please notify us immediately at +962 6 5007777
- Your credit or debit card number
- ahli Digital services login information, including your User ID and Password.
If you think you’ve received a fraudulent email, but you haven’t acted on it:
- Please forward it to [email protected] so we can investigate it for you.
- You’ll receive an automated response to let you know we received the email, and we’ll follow up with you if necessary in TWO business days.
- Never send any sensitive information via email. Jordan Ahli Bank will never request you to send such information.
