Installment Plan
For 0% interest installment plans, customers must submit an installment request (within a maximum of 5 days of the transaction) by contacting the call center at 065007777 or through the ahli Mobile app.
Terms and Conditions
- This program covers transactions made at points of sale (POS) or through school or university websites.
- The minimum transaction amount is JOD 100, and the maximum is JOD 10,000.
- The maximum installment period is 12 months. If you wish to extend it, the applicable installment program fees will apply.
- The total value of installment transaction(s) must not exceed the credit card limit.
- You can benefit from a maximum of three installments on the categories covered by the program. If you wish to pay additional transactions in installments, the terms and conditions applicable to the installment program will apply.
- Payments made through the ahli Mobile App to transfer funds from the credit card account to the school or university via the eFAWATEERcom service are excluded from this program.
- Corporate Mastercard cards are excluded from this program.
- The program covers both local and international transactions.
