Jordan Ahli Bank Credit Cards x Careem Plus International Spend Campaign

1. Campaign Period

The campaign will run from 10/06/2026 until 10/08/2026.

2. Eligible Customers

This campaign is applicable to all retail customers holding primary or supplementary Mastercard credit cards issued by Jordan Ahli Bank in JOD, including:
(Standard, Gold, World, MultiCurrency, and World Elite cards), excluding Jordan Ahli Bank employees.

3. Campaign Details

Jordan Ahli Bank is launching a campaign for credit cardholders to encourage the use of their cards for international purchases through online transactions and international point-of-sale (POS) transactions, according to the following mechanism:

• Customers must meet the minimum foreign currency spending requirement during the campaign period to qualify for a chance to receive a Careem Plus subscription for up to 24 months, based on the card type and spending thresholds below:

4. Terms & Conditions

• The campaign applies to international and/or foreign currency transactions conducted through POS terminals or e-commerce channels using eligible Mastercard cards during the campaign period only.
• Cash withdrawals, reversed or refunded transactions, disputed transactions, bank fees, and installment plans are excluded from the campaign.
• Eligible customers will receive their Careem Plus subscription vouchers via SMS and/or the banking application, along with voucher redemption instructions, within 15 working days after the campaign ends and upon verification of eligibility.
• Rewards will be granted to 1,400 eligible Ahli credit cardholders based on the order in which they fulfill the campaign requirements, unless otherwise announced by the bank.
• The bank reserves the right to disqualify any customer in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behavior.
• The customer’s credit card must remain active until the reward fulfillment date. Customers whose cards are cancelled will not be eligible to claim the reward.
• Careem Plus terms and conditions apply upon subscription activation.
• Careem Plus services are provided solely by Careem. Jordan Ahli Bank and Mastercard shall not bear any responsibility related to the quality, availability, or delivery of the service.
• Participation in the campaign constitutes implicit acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or its terms and conditions at any time, with an announcement through the bank’s approved communication channels.
