- The agreed 40% discount and installment service apply to diamond items only and do not include gold.
- The customer can benefit from the discount and installment plan at the same time (benefit from both services).
- The maximum installment period is 12 months.
- The eligible purchase amount ranges from JOD 100 to JOD 10,000.
- Installment Process
- Specific authorized employees from DIVA are responsible for confirming installment requests by sending a WhatsApp message to Jordan Ahli Bank Customer Service at 0650077777, including the following details:Diamond purchase invoice.Customer’s full name.Customer’s phone number.Branch where the purchase was made.
- Confirmation of installment approval (for diamond purchases only).
- The customer must then call the Customer Service Center to confirm the installment process.
- The installment request and approval must be completed on the same day of purchase and within DIVA showrooms only.
