We ensure every complaint is addressed within 10 working days, with an extension of up to 30 days if needed. Should you remain dissatisfied or if no response is received within three months, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman – the Alternative Dispute Resolution Body that Jordan Ahli Bank works with, as required by law – within four months.
