  • The ability to add and update your email address to your profile without visiting the branch
  • The ability of extracting statements for all accounts and for various time periods (PDF and Excel)
  • Receive various alerts via SMS or e-mail regarding your personal accounts
  • ability to receive the OTP through your registered email address
  • This service is available in both Arabic and English

Card-related features

  • The ability to modify your credit card usage limits, such as the limit on online purchases, ATM withdrawal limits, or the limit on purchases through points of sales

  • You can transfer money (up to 250 JDS per transaction), so that the beneficiary can withdraw cash directly by entering the payment number sent to his cell phone and the password granted to him at any Ahli Bank ATM.

To begin, add the beneficiary in the following manner:

  • Enter your username and password to access “Ahli Online”
  • Browse the menu to access the “Money Voucher” service
  • Go to the “Manage recipients” option and then click on the “Add a recipient” option.
  • Fill in the Recipient’s data as follows:
  • The full name of the recipient in English
  • National number of the recipoent or passport number (for non-Jordanians)

         – Nationality

         – Acronym

         – Recipients mobile number (must be a Jordanian number)

If the recipient is approved, you will receive a text message stating that “a new beneficiary has been successfully added to the Money Voucher list.”

Cheques-related features

  • The option of directly requesting a cheque book on your current account in one of the major currencies and choosing the receiving branch.
  • The ability to check the status of your check book request without contacting the branch
  • The ability to stop checks with the option of immediately canceling the suspension
