Issuance Manager
A licensed issuance manager, approved by the Jordan Securities Commission, with extensive experience and a proven track record in managing initial public offerings of stocks and loan bonds.
Conducting preparatory work and feasibility studies.
Preparing prospectuses or information memoranda, including all related issuance announcements in compliance with applicable regulations.
Submitting the securities issuance request to the Jordan Securities Commission and following up until its Board of Commissioners issues a decision.
