When you use your credit card to shop at participating merchants,
you can get an installment period of up to 24 months with no interest or fees.
Installments from Non-Participating Merchants:
When you use your credit card to shop at non-participating merchants,
you can get an installment period of up to 24 months with a one-time charge fee of 1% at the time of purchase.

How to Apply for Installments

Make any purchase of 100 JOD or more with your credit card, then choose your preferred installment method:

By Phone:
After completing your purchase, make sure call our Contact Center at 065007777,
and request your transaction enrolled in the Easy Installment Program.
Through the ahli Mobile App:
– After completing the purchase, open the ahli Mobile App.
– Select More, then choose Banking Services.
– Choose Cards, then select 0% Interest Installment.
– Choose the credit card you wish to use for the installment process, then click Next.
– A customer service agent will contact you to complete the installment process.
Repayment Period:
Select the repayment period that suits you, up to the maximum limit as announced by the bank.

The minimum eligible purchase or service value is 100 JOD, with a maximum of 10,000 JOD (for both participating and non-participating merchants).
Installment requests must be submitted within 5 days of the transaction date.
For purchases from non-participating merchants, a 1% monthly fee applies.
Transactions enrolled in this program are also eligible for the ahli Rewards Program.
All credit cards issued in JOD or USD are included in this program.
  • Learn More
    • The maximum number of installment transactions allowed per card is three (3).
    • Each installment transaction must not exceed 80% of the card’s credit limit.
    • The Easy Payment Plan (EPP) can be used when paying through the e-Fawateercom app, but cannot be used when paying through the e-Fawateercom service via ahli Mobile.
    • Cash withdrawal transactions cannot be installment-based.
    • You can split school and university fees with 0% interest and no commission, for a period of up to 12 months.
