Transfer funds between your accounts in major currencies (JOD, USD, EUR and GBP).

Send money to any local or international bank, with the option to modify your daily transfer limit via our 24/7 Call Center at 06-5007777.

Transfer funds to anyone, even outside the bank, via the Money Voucher service.

Transfer up to JOD 250 per transaction, with recipients able to withdraw funds directly from any Jordan Ahli Bank ATM by entering the payment reference number and PIN sent to their mobile.

Transfer Steps:

Log in to ‘ahli Online’ with your username and password.
Access the ‘Money Voucher’ option under the ‘Transfers’ menu.
Select ‘Manage Recipients’ and click ‘Add a Recipient’ to get started.

How to add a recipient
- Enter the recipient’s full name in English.
- Provide the recipient’s national ID or passport number (for non-Jordanians).
- Select the recipient’s nationality.
- Enter the recipient’s nickname.
- Input the recipient’s mobile number (must be a Jordanian number).
- Once the recipient is successfully added, you will receive an SMS confirming ‘A new recipient has been successfully added to the Money Voucher list’.

Once the process is complete, follow the steps below to finalize your transfer
- Select ‘Cash Transfer’ from the ‘Transfers’ menu.
- Choose the recipient, select the account to debit and enter the amount (in multiples of five).
- Create a four-digit PIN and share it with the recipient.
- The cash transfer order number will be sent to the recipient’s registered phone.

Steps for the recipient to withdraw the funds
- The recipient visits any Jordan Ahli Bank ATM, selects ‘Cash Withdrawal Without Card’ and then chooses the ‘Money Voucher’ option.
- The recipient enters the payment order number sent to their phone, followed by the PIN provided. The pre-determined withdrawal amount will then be displayed.
- The recipient completes the transaction by withdrawing the specified amount from the ATM.
