Search for “ahli Mobile” in the app store.
After downloading, the ahli Mobile icon appears on your device’s screen.
When you open the app, tap “Enroll”.
Agree to the terms & conditions.
  • If You Have a Debit Card (ATM Card)
    • Enter your 16-digit card number and click ‘Next’.
    • Enter your card’s four-digit PIN and click ‘Verify’.
    • Create a unique username.
    • Create a new password.
    • Request a one-time password (OTP) to be sent as an SMS to your registered phone number.
    • After entering the OTP, a notification will appear on your screen confirming successful registration.
  • If You Don’t Have a Debit Card (ATM Card)
    • Click ‘I do not have a debit card’.
    • Enter your national ID number or passport number for non-Jordanians.
    • Enter your date of birth.
    • Enter your file number or account number.
    • Create a unique username.
    • Create a new password.
    • Request a one-time password (OTP) to be sent as an SMS to your registered phone number.
    • After entering the OTP, a notification will appear on your screen confirming successful registration.
