:A- General Terms of Campaign

This campaign is valid from 01 September 2022 and ends on 30 September 2022 (the “Term”)

  This promotion is valid for Jordan residents at all Carrefour Hypermarkets stores,  Carrefour Markets and Carrefour Online (the “Stores”) using Visa cards.  Apple Pay or Samsung Pay transactions are not eligible

Majid al Futtaim Hypermarkets /Carrefour Jordan its branches, subsidiaries, and sister companies (the “Company”) has the right to refuse the participation of any individual in this Campaign. The Company shall not be held liable towards any individual in the event the later suffer any financial losses or damages caused by the Company’s  refusal to participate in the Campaign or due to the Company’s withdrawal of the Campaign or any failure or inability by the individual to use the Campaign for any reason whatsoever

 These terms and conditions and any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Amman Court (Qasr al-Adl) shall be the competent court to consider any dispute that may arise between the two parties under these Terms and Conditions

Bulk buyers or wholesalers are not allowed to participate in this campaign. Three (3) or more units from “Electronics” of the same item in the same transaction is considered bulk. Ten (10) or more units from “Grocery” of the same item in the same transaction is considered bulk. Split Transactions are not allowed (these are consecutive purchases from the same customer

If any fraudulent activity is detected related to this offer, the Company reserves the right to withhold the prizes and shall have the right to select a replacement winner from the original participants

This Campaign is not available to any Majid Al Futtaim employees including Majid Al Futtaim Retail

The winners of this Campaign have the right to transfer the prizes or nominate others in their place

The Company may request participants (at no fee) to consent in writing to endorse, promote and/or advertise any service of the Company. The winners may however decline such a request to use their details or image in marketing material or to participate in marketing of any of the Company services

The offer cannot be combined with other promo codes or vouchers

:B- Campaign details

 Spend JOD 35 with eligible ahli VISA cards in participating Stores or Carrefour application or website for a chance to WIN exciting gifts such as

The Gift Card can be used fully or partially until the amount is finished or up to 1 May 2023 whichever comes firs

Winners of the FIFA Packages shall contact Carrefour contact center to claim their prize and to share their details along with their nominated companion, which will be shared with Visa for the purpose of organizing flights, hotel accommodation and logistics. The winner must share all details before 02 October 2022, to claim the prizes successfully, along with a copy of their original purchase receipt

Should the winner’s information not be shared by the cutoff date, or if the Company is unable to contact the winner, the winner loses his right in the prize

Tickets to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM, whether awarded as a prize and/or are included as part of a promotion, must be accepted as awarded and are subject to all the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such tickets from time to time by FIFA. Such terms and conditions are contained in the General Terms and Conditions for the Use of Tickets and the Stadium Code of Conduct (which can be reviewed at www.fifa.com/tickets). By accepting tickets as a prize and/or as part of a promotion, the holder is deemed to have accepted all the applicable terms and conditions

Once the winners are registered with Visa, they will receive further communications from the Visa team with details of packages/business seats, links to download their tickets, and any further applications needed (e.g., Hayya card). The Company shall not be responsible whatsoever after the winners are registered with Visa. The Company shall not be held liable for any mistakes, damages, loses and wrongful actions caused to the winners after the registration with Visa

Customers who shop with 35 JD and above and pay with ahli Visa cards can collect Scratch & Win cards from the customer service desk in the stores

:Online

Shop online with 35 JDs & more.

Pay with ahli Visa card.

Scratch & Win card will be delivered to the customer with the order.

Prize can be redeemed by visiting any of Carrefour Hypermarkets with winning card & Invoice.
