Instructions and information for replacing your Visa credit card:

According to the strategic direction of Jordan ahli Bank and the exclusive partnership with Mastercard International company, and in order to develop the credit card services provided to our customers, we would like to inform you that your Visa credit card will be stopped, and it will be merged with your Mastercard credit card.

• Until Sunday, December 10, 2023, your purchases can be installed. After that date, no new installment payments will be accepted on this card.

• You can earn points on purchases as usual on your Visa card until Sunday, December 10, 2023. After that date, points will not be earned on purchases made.
• Your Visa card balance, including any outstanding balances and installment payments and all accumulated points, will be transferred to your Mastercard credit card.
• Your Visa card will be stopped on Saturday, December 16, 2023. You can start using the new balance on your Mastercard credit card on Monday, December 18, 2023.
