Campaign Details

Target customers:

All customers are holders of primary and secondary MasterCard credit cards issued by Jordan Ahli Bank – Jordan in the currency of dinars.

*Cards issued to companies are excluded from the campaign.

Campaign Duration:

The campaign is valid from 07/23/2023 until 10/23/2023.

The concept and conditions of the campaign

This campaign enables customers who hold MasterCard credit cards to purchase installments at 0% interest and 0% commission, according to the terms and conditions shown below:

a. This campaign includes transactions executed at POS points of sale or through the websites of schools and universities.

b. The minimum transaction value is 100 Jordanian dinars and the maximum is 10,000 Jordanian dinars.

c. The maximum installment period is 12 months. In the event that the customer wishes to pay in installments for a longer period, commissions based on the installment program will be applied.

d. The value of the installment transaction(s) must not exceed the card’s limit.

e. The customer can benefit from the installments of a maximum of three transactions on the categories included in the campaign. In the event that they wish to install additional transactions, the terms and conditions applicable to the installment program will apply.

f. Transactions made through the ahli Mobile application, where fees are to schools or universities through the e-fawateercom service are excluded from the campaign.

g. The campaign includes local and international transactions.

Installment Mechanism

The customer must submit a request for installments of the transaction within a maximum of 10 days of executing it, and through the call center.
